Summer Camp Volunteers at Lichterman Nature Center

Posted on May 17, 2018 by Museum Staff

Opossums and turtles and rabbits....oh my!

If you loved summer camp as a kid then you will love it even more as a summer camp volunteer. Lichterman Nature Center needs volunteers to assist with its amazing summer camp. Volunteers will help campers learn about everything from dissecting owl pellets and sampling lake water to see who lives there to how deer communicate and how to use binoculars. This is a great summer volunteer opportunity for any nature lover or anyone enjoys working with children. Volunteers are needed for the June 4-8 and June 11-15 sessions and the times are 8:30-12:30 and 12:30-4:30

Volunteers must be 15 years and over.
